For whom the accomodation is suitable:

• Artists who need for a shorter period (2 months) a big studio
• Theatergroups
• College and art centers (as a base or as a location for graduation projects)
• Eventsorganisations
• Companies, municipalities, provinces, political parties, etc. that would like to organise a reception, presentation or workshop at the site.
• Companies who need for other reasons a huge space.
