KiK ('Kunst in Kolderveen') is located in former dairy factory 'De Venen' in Kolderveen, which is in the province of Drenthe, in The Netherlands.
For different periods of time, artists coming from various disciplines, are taking part in the 'Artist in Residence' (AIR) programme, by living and working at KiK.
Based on a project proposal, contemporary national and international artists are invited to participate in this AIR programme. A stay of one up to three months is the basis.
KiK collaborates with other art foundations located in the north of Holland, and will focus on Germany and Scandinavia in the following years.
KiK also offers internships for young talent.
